Most coaches think: "More calls = more clients."
Wrong.
Better calls = more clients.
Here's what we did with a client who was getting 10 calls/week but only closing 2:
We stopped optimizing for volume. Started optimizing for qualification.
Two changes:
1. Shifted content strategy from "viral" to "filtering"
(Viral = everyone. Filtering = only buyers.)
2. Added pre-qualification questions before calendar link
(No more "just exploring" calls.)
Result: 6 calls/week, but closing 4.
Same revenue. Half the time wasted.
This is what I mean by systems vs. hoping.
Hope = more calls will fix it
System = better calls will fix it
