I worked with 30+ clients between March-October 2025
"The ones posting five times a week made less money than the ones posting two times a week."
THAT MAKES NO SENSE... until you understand this.
The coaches posting 5X were creating content to get ATTENTION
The coaches posting 2X were creating content to filter BUYERS.
Big difference.
Here's what I mean:
Coach A posts daily. Gets 10K views. Books 2 calls, and Closes 0.
Coach B posts twice a week. Gets 2K views, but Books 8 calls, and Closes 4.
And both has the Same niche. Same offer, but Different strategy.
Coach A is playing the volume game. More content = more eyeballs = more clients (maybe).
Coach B is playing the filter game. Right content = right people = right clients (predictably).
Most coaches think they need to post more.
The ones at $30K+ months post less but more STRATEGICALLY.
They're not trying to go viral. They're trying to ATTRACT BUYERS.
If you're posting daily and still struggling to book qualified calls, you're probably playing the wrong game.
The content hamster wheel doesn't work anymore.
There's a different way.
Comment "Scale", and I will send the complete roadmap of what to do differently to attract "BUYERS" not "RANDOM PEOPLE"

Thats true in majority cases, I met a famous local ecom entreprenur who has a personal brand as well, compared one of his competitor, and he said i get less views, have lesser follower and neither my production level is that big like her (Competitor) nor i post as she does but i get more clients than her.
In 3 to 5 minutes right in the cinema he told us all about competitor. and yeah you are right they post for attention and get lots of those people who are freebies seekers or never gonna take action.
Post less would work but it should be on top notch and quality.
(PS i sometime have other opinion regarding this but these days i am believing as yous said lol)
