nah... actually, you need to stop lettin tire-kickers jump on ur calendar.
here’s what most coaches do:
someone fills out a form → boom, calendar link appears → call booked.
no qualifcation. no filter. everyone just walks through the gate.
so ur calendar ends up with:
→ ppl who can’t afford 3k
→ ppl “just exploring options”
→ ppl who wanna pick ur brain for free
→ ppl comparing u to 4 other coaches
you spend an hr, give them value, they say “i’ll think abt it”
and u never hear back.
that’s not you, that’s a system problem.
coaches doin 30k+ months run a diff process:
form filled → 2 qualifying qs → then the calendar link (only if they’re qualified).
stuff like:
“what’s ur current monthly revenue?”
“what’s ur timeline to make a decision?”
wrong answers? they get a free resource instead of ur time.
right answers? they get the call.
result? u talk to 5 ppl, close 3. instead of talkin to 10 ppl, closing 2.
same revenue. half the time wasted.
that’s what i mean by systems vs hope.
hope = let everyone in, pray they’re qualified.
system = filter first, only talk to buyers.
