"What are your prices?" "Is there a guarantee?" "Can I get a discount?" If your leads sound like this, your positioning is broken. You're not attracting buyers. You're attracting shoppers. Here's the difference: Shoppers ask about price first. Buyers ask about results first. Most coaches position around the PROBLEM: "I help people lose weight" "I help coaches get clients" "I help businesses scale" This attracts people still researching their problem. The coaches at $30K+ position around the OUTCOME: "I help executives maintain peak energy while working 60-hour weeks" "I help coaches build predictable $30K months without burnout" This attracts people who already KNOW their problem and want the solution NOW. Same service. Different positioning. Completely different client quality. The shift: Stop talking about the journey. Start talking about the destination. Show them life AFTER the problem is solved. I worked with 30+ clients between March-October 2025 "The ones posting five times a week made less money than the ones posting two times a week." THAT MAKES NO SENSE... until you understand this. The coaches posting 5X were creating content to get ATTENTION The coaches posting 2X were creating content to filter BUYERS. Big difference. Here's what I mean: Coach A posts daily. Gets 10K views. Books 2 calls, and Closes 0. Coach B posts twice a week. Gets 2K views, but Books 8 calls, and Closes 4. And both has the Same niche. Same offer, but Different strategy. Coach A is playing the volume game. More content = more eyeballs = more clients (maybe). Coach B is playing the filter game. Right content = right people = right clients (predictably). Most coaches think they need to post more. The ones at $30K+ months post less but more STRATEGICALLY. They're not trying to go viral. They're trying to ATTRACT BUYERS. If you're posting daily and still struggling to book qualified calls, you're probably playing the wrong game. The content hamster wheel doesn't work anymore. There's a different way. After Working with 20+ Coaches at $30K+ months. They all had one thing in common. And it's not what you think. It wasn't: → More followers (some had 2K, some had 50K) → Better content (actually posted less) → Fancy funnels (most were pretty basic) → Big teams (most were solo or tiny teams) The difference? They stopped hoping and started systemizing. Here's what that means: Most coaches operate in "hope mode": → Hope this post does well → Hope someone DMs me → Hope they can afford it → Hope they show up to the call The coaches at $30K+ operate in "system mode": → Know exactly where their next 10 clients are coming from → Know their numbers (100 outreach = 15 calls = 5 clients) → Know their close rate and how to improve it → Know their show rate and how to fix it Hope = unpredictable revenue. System = predictable revenue. If you're working hard but revenue is inconsistent, you're probably in hope mode. The shift to system mode changes everything. That's what I help coaches build.
